肺炎克雷伯菌肝脓肿致双眼内源性眼内炎诊疗1例 被引量：2

Diagnosis and treatment of binocular endophthalmitis caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae hepatic abscess: a case report

摘要 患者,男,40岁,2018年2月8日因发热伴肌肉酸痛4 d于扬州大学附属苏北人民医院肝胆内科就诊。患者否认高血压、糖尿病史;体温39.6℃,随机血糖水平为21.9 mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白水平为13.3%;上腹部增强CT检查显示肝左叶低密度影,考虑肝脓肿可能;胸部CT平扫结果显示双肺下叶炎症,以"肝脓肿、肺炎、2型糖尿病"收入院。在B型超声引导下行肝脓肿穿刺引流术,穿刺液细菌培养提示肺炎克雷伯菌阳性。根据药物敏感性试验结果予以比阿培南0.3 g静脉滴注,每日3次,并采用降血糖等对症治疗,全身情况好转。2018年2月11日因左眼进行性视物模糊2 d、右眼视物模糊1 d请眼科急会诊。患者否认眼部手术及外伤史。
