摘要
以双酚A(BPA)、苯胺(AN)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、Fe_(3)O_(4)@nSiO_(2)@-NH_(2)为双功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,氯仿为溶剂,通过表面印迹聚合法制备双酚A&苯胺双模板分子印迹磁性聚合物(D-MIP)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和动静态吸附实验对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,成功合成了D-MIP,其对BPA和AN的最大吸附量分别为65.7和41.7 mg·g^(-1),高于非印迹聚合物(NIP)对BPA和AN的最大吸附容量(27.5和16.7 mg·g^(-1));D-MIP对BPA和AN的吸附符合二级动力学模型;D-MIP对BPA和AN表现出良好的选择性吸附。
Bisphenol A(BPA)and aniline(AN)Double template molecularly imprinted polymer(D-MIP)was prepared by surface-imprinted method using BPA,AN as templates,α-methyl methacrylate(MAA),Fe_(3)O_(4)@nSiO_(2)@-NH2 as functional monomer.The D-MIP was characterized by FTIR,SEM,XRD and dynamic and static adsorption experiments.The results showed that D-MIP was successfully synthesized,the maximum adsorption capacity of the D-MIP for BPA and AN was 65.7 and 41.7 mg·g^(-1),respectively,and higher than the maximum adsorption capacity of non-imprinted polymers(NIP)for BPA and AN(27.5 and 16.7 mg·g^(-1));the adsorption of D-MIP for BPA and AN conforms to the secondary dynamic models;D-MIP shows good selective adsorption to BPA and AN.
