对氨基苯酚印迹聚合物磁微粒制备及其萃取应用 被引量:1

Preparation and application of p-aminophenol imprinted polymer magnetic particles for extraction

摘要 在SiO_(2)和3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)双重修饰的纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)表面合成对氨基苯酚分子印迹聚合物.并将该材料应用于染发剂中氨基苯酚类化合物的磁固相萃取.优化上样时间与体积、洗脱剂组成与体积、溶液酸度与盐度等萃取条件,建立染发剂中氨基苯酚类化合物的磁固相萃取-高效液相色谱(MSPE-HPLC)分析方法.结果表明,染发剂中对氨基苯酚和间氨基苯酚分别在0.06~50 mg/kg和0.08~50 mg/kg浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)分别为0.9989和0.9983),检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.018和0.024 mg/kg,日内日间精密度良好(RSD小于7.7%).该方法灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于染发剂中氨基苯酚类的定量分离分析. P-aminophenol molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized on the surface of nano Fe_(3)O_(4) modified by SiO_(2) and 3-(methyacryloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(MPS).The magnetic particles were applied for the magnetic solid phase extraction of aminophenol compounds in hair dyes.The extraction conditions such as sample loading time and volume,eluent composition and volume,solution acidity and salinity were optimized.A magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(MSPE-HPLC)method for the analysis of aminophenols in hair dyes was established.The results showed that the linearity of p-aminophenol and m-aminophenol in hair dye were good in the concentration-range of 0.06~50 mg/kg and 0.08~50 mg/kg(with R^(2) of 0.9989 or 0.9983),the detection limits(S/N=3)were 0.018 and 0.024 mg/kg,respectively.The intra and inter day precision were good(RSD was less than 7.7%).The method was of high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and was suitable for the quantitative separation and analysis of aminophenols in hair dye.
