长江经济带高碳产业低碳化与低碳产业增长路径分析 被引量:1

摘要 在加快推动长江经济带实现高质量发展的背景下,围绕碳达峰、碳中和目标,多维度构建符合长江经济带低碳发展的评价测算体系,并根据测算体系利用熵值法和耦合协调度模型分析长江经济带区域产业链低碳发展所创造的投资、就业和环境保护协同效应。分析认为,11省总体评分呈增长趋势,省市间差异显著,呈现出下游强、上中游次之的格局;长江经济带协调性较差,处于轻度失调状态,许多省份的耦合协调度存在明显的“短板效应”。最后据此提出长江经济带高碳产业低碳化与低碳产业增长的战略思路和推进措施。 Under the background of accelerating the realization of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, this paper will construct an evaluation and measurement system in line with the low-carbon development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in multiple dimensions around the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and analyze the synergistic effects of investment, employment and environmental protection created by the low-carbon development of the industrial chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by using the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model according to the measurement system, and conclude that the overall score of 11provinces shows a growth trend, and the differences between provinces and cities are significant, showing a pattern of strong downstream and secondary upstream The coordination of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is poor, it is in a state of mild imbalance, and there is an obvious "short board effect" in the coupling and coordination degree of many provinces. Finally, according to this, the strategic ideas and promotion measures for the low carbon industry and the growth of low carbon industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are proposed.
