摘要
为提高机械工程设备的管理效率与综合管理水平,对机械工程设备精细化管理在制造业中的应用展开研究。将设备工序检验任务作为管理目标,构建一个可实现对设备规范化使用的情境单元。在设备使用过程中,结合情境要素划分机械工程设备属性,从而提取并分析设备使用情况。基于此,引进条形码技术,辅助使用无线射频传感器实时更新设备状态,再通过信息统计,将对应的设备属性信息按照标准格式导入数据库,实现对机械工程设备的精细化管理。实验表明:将本研究设计的机械工程设备精细化管理方法应用于制造业领域后,可以缩短设备管理过程中的信息批量导入时间与报告单生成时间。
In order to improve the management efficiency and comprehensive management level of mechanical engineering equipment, this paper conducts research on the application of refined management of mechanical engineering equipment in the manufacturing industry. Take the equipment process inspection task as the management goal, and construct a situational unit that can realize the standardized use of equipment. In the process of equipment use, the attributes of mechanical engineering equipment are classified based on contextual elements, so as to extract and analyze equipment use. Based on this, barcode technology is introduced to assist the use of wireless radio frequency sensors to update equipment status in real time, and then through information statistics, the corresponding equipment attribute information is imported into the database in a standard format to achieve refined management of mechanical engineering equipment. Experiments show that after applying the refined management method of mechanical engineering equipment designed in this research to the manufacturing industry, it can shorten the time of batch information import and report generation time in the equipment management process.
