摘要
随着医疗行业体系改革的不断推进和医疗市场的全球化持续深入,医疗领域的竞争愈加激烈,医院在此过程中不仅要提升自己的医务水平,而且还要在科研实力、品牌塑造和服务质量等多个方面下功夫,而这些都要依赖青年医务工作者。文章以上海市某三级综合医院为研究对象,通过定性分析了解医院内部青年医务工作者职业生涯存在的问题,如缺乏职业发展规划、缺乏职业认同、工作压力大等。文章的研究成果将为提升医院青年医务工作者的职业化水平提供理论依据,如激发青年工作者的职业生涯规划意识、强化职位认知导向、健全薪资与待遇管理体系、做好心态引导,以充分调动青年医务工作人员的积极性与热情,进而促进医疗改革成效更加显著,使我国青年医务工作者的职业化程度更高。
With the continuous advancement of the reform of the medical industry system and the deepening of the globalization of the medical market,the competition in the medical field is becoming more and more fierce.In this process,hospitals should not only improve their medical level,but also work hard in many aspects such as scientific research strength,brand building and service quality,which all depend on young medical workers.Taking a three-level general hospital in Shanghai as the research object,this paper understands the problems existing in the career of young medical workers in the hospital through qualitative analysis,such as lack of career development planning,lack of career identity,high work pressure and so on.The research results of this paper will provide a theoretical basis for improving the professionalization level of young medical workers in hospitals,such as stimulating the awareness of career planning of young workers,strengthening the orientation of job cognition,improving the salary and treatment management system,and doing a good job in mentality guidance,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of young medical workers,so as to promote the effectiveness of medical reform,make the professional degree of young medical workers in China higher.
