摘要
经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)技术目前日趋成熟,应用较为广泛,而神经系统变性疾病诊断及治疗均比较困难,TMS的发展及应用为神经系统变性疾病的诊断及治疗提供了重要的价值。本文就TMS的原理及应用方法给予简介总结,并针对常见的神经系统变性疾病如PD、AD、MND等的TMS相关应用如动物实验、在诊断及治疗中的价值加以综述,以便更多的同道了解及应用。
At present,transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) technology is becoming more and more mature and widely used,but the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system degenerative diseases are more difficult,the development and application of TMS provide important value for the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system degenerative diseases.This paper briefly summarizes the principle and application methods of TMS,it also summarizes the application of TMS related to common neurodegenerative diseases such as PD,AD and MND,such as animal experiment and its value in diagnosis and treatment,so as to understand and apply more.
