我国高等教育公平研究范式的发展、演进与展望

On the Development,Evolution and Prospect of the Research Paradigm of the Equity in Chinese Higher Education

摘要 20世纪90年代末以来,高等教育公平问题受到学界和全社会的广泛关注。在此过程中,我国高等教育公平研究范式也历经转化与发展。通过对CNKI中关于高等教育公平研究的CSSCI论文进行考察,发现我国高等教育公平研究经历了三个发展阶段:一是以思辨研究和少数量化研究为开端的探索发展阶段(1995至2002年)o二是以思辨研究为主、量化研究逐渐增多的快速发展阶段(2003至2009年)。三是量化研究占据主导、思辨研究稳步发展、质性研究逐渐兴起的深入发展阶段(2010年至今)。我国高等教育公平研究范式的演进逻辑表现为:研究方法从主要是思辨研究转向以量化研究为主,而质性研究方兴未艾;研究主题由关注宏观到宏微观并举,从以起点、结果为重心到起点、过程与结果三者兼顾;理论视角丰富多样且社会科学化趋势和社会学化特征愈加明显,理论运用所占比例逐渐增加。展望未来,我国高等教育公平研究范式应从以下方面改进加强:创新研究方法,促进方法论范式转换;增强问题意识,遵循知识逻辑与社会逻辑开发拓展高等教育公平研究议题;丰富理论视角,整合理论要素,生成本土性理论解释框架。 The issue of equity in higher education has been widely concerned by the academia and the whole society since 1990s.The research paradigms of equity in Chinese higher education have also undergone the stage of transformation and development.Reviewing the CSSCI papers on the study of equity in higher education in CNKI,this paper has been found that the study of equity in Chinese higher education has experienced three stages of development.The first is the explorational development stage(1995-2002),which started from speculative research and a few quantitative studies.The second is the rapid development stage(2003-2009),during which speculative research occupied the most,and the amount of quantitative research is increasing.The third is the in-depth development stage(2010-present)in which quantitative research dominates,speculative research develops steadily,and qualitative research gradually emerges.The evolutionary logic of the paradigm of equity in Chinese higher education shows that the research method shifts from speculative research to quantitative research,and qualitative research is in the ascendant;the research theme is from macroscopic to macroscopic and microscopic level,from the starting point and the result to the starting point,the process and the result;the theoretical perspectives are rich and diverse,and the trend of social science and sociological characteristics are increasingly obvious,and the theoretical proportion of theoretical application is gradually increasing.In prospect,research paradigms of equity in Chinese higher education should be improved and strengthened from the following aspects:transforming research methods,promoting methodological paradigm shift;enhancing question awareness,following the development of knowledge logic and social logic to expand the research topics of equity in higher education;enriching theoretical perspectives,integrating theoretical elements and generate frameworks for local theoretical interpretation.
