摘要
随着互联网技术在我国快速发展,云技术、人工智能化等技术加速商业模式创新,经营方式、组织形态、商务规则等都发生重大变化。商业企业数字化转型与集群化发展,重新定义商科人才结构和质量。在此背景下,将数字化培养理念渗透入商科类专业,集聚新商科专业有效对接产业链或岗位群需求,通过专业的调整形成与产业紧密对接的新商科学科专业群布局,是地方院校培养数字经济时代新商科人才的有益探索,也是促进学校内涵发展的必然选择。
With the rapid development of Internet technology in China, cloud technology, AI and other technologies have accelerated the business model innovation, major changes have taken place in the mode of operation, organizational form and business rules. The digital transformation and cluster development of commercial enterprises redefine the structure and quality of business talents. In this context, it is a beneficial exploration for local colleges to cultivate new business talents in the era of digital economy and an inevitable choice to promote the connotation development of colleges and universities to infiltrate the concept of digital training into business majors, gather new business majors, effectively meet the needs of industrial chain or job group, and form the layout of new business discipline specialty group closely connected with industry through specialty adjustment.
