摘要
在融媒体时代背景下,艺术管理模式发生了深刻变革,艺术资源的管理模式、艺术产品营销与传播手段等受到相应影响,同时技术催生下的艺术类型在推陈出新,艺术团体、艺术市场对艺术管理人才的要求不再是传统管理型人才,因此对艺术管理人才培养提出了差异化要求。在技术导向的媒体发展业态环境下,传统意义上艺术管理人才培养普通教学性质的实验室已经不能满足学生个性化培养的要求,而网络平台特色与逻辑、影像制作、非线性编辑等以媒体技术为主导的实验室成为艺术管理专业学生个性化并符合市场化培养的重要补充。因此,本文以吉林艺术学院艺术管理专业工作室为例,针对个别对视频、影像等有兴趣的学生,采取全本科阶段的打通式培养,让学生通过独立于课堂教学之外的专项培养措施和手段,获得必要的融媒体思维和视频语言基础能力,使他们在艺术管理综合化的人才培养目标中,获得一定特长,形成自己的专业优势。
Under the background of the era of converged media,the art administration model has profound changes,and the administration method of art resources,art marketing and communication methods have also been affected accordingly.Meanwhile,the category of arts programs is changing dramatically based on the environment of media development.Therefore,different requirements are put forward for the cultivation of artistic management talents.Under the environment of technology-oriented media development,the traditional laboratory for cultivating art management talents with ordinary teaching nature can no longer meet the requirements of students’ individualized training.The laboratory dominated by media technology,such as network platform features and logic,image production and nonlinear editing,has become an important supplement to the personalized and market-oriented training of art management students.Therefore,taking Jilin University of Arts as an example,aiming at individual students who are interested in the video,screening,etc.,through the whole undergraduate level training,this paper presents that students can acquire the necessary basic ability of integrating media thinking and video language through special training measures and means independent of classroom teaching,so that they can acquire certain expertise and form their own professional advantages in the comprehensive talent training goal of art management.
