摘要
根据下游用户对汽车车轮钢的使用要求,利用吉林建龙炼钢装备和1450 mm热连轧机组,设计了与汽车轮辋相适应的化学成分和炼钢、热轧工艺,成功开发了330CL、380CL、440CL等汽车轮辋系列用钢,该系列产品通过客户使用验证,满足重载车轮各种试验要求。
According to the use requirements of downstream users for automobile wheel steel,the chemical composition and steelmaking and hot rolling process suitable for automobile rim were designed by using Jilin Jianlong steelmaking equipment and 1450mm hot continuous rolling mill.330CL、380CL and 440CL series of automobile wheel steel were successfully developed,and the products were verified by customers.To meet all kinds of heavy duty wheel test requirements.
