摘要
多孔套筒式控制阀对于降低噪声有很好的效果,而双层多孔套筒可以进一步提升降噪性能。为研究套筒间距和套筒厚度对双层套筒式控制阀气动噪声的影响,建立了双层套筒式控制阀数值模型;对不同套筒间距及不同套筒厚度模型的模拟结果进行比较。结果表明,套筒间距对于双层套筒式控制阀的气动噪声影响较大,且随着套筒间距增大,在小开度情况下降噪效果更加明显;套筒厚度对于双层套筒式控制阀的气动噪声影响较小。研究结果对套筒式控制阀内套筒结构设计有重要的参考意义。
The porous sleeve control valve has a good effect on reducing noise,and the double-layer porous sleeve can further improve noise reduction performance.Here,to study effects of sleeve spacing and sleeve thickness on aerodynamic noise of double-layer sleeve control valve,a numerical model of double-layer sleeve control valve was established.Simulation results of models with different sleeve spacings and different sleeve thicknesses were compared.The results showed that sleeve spacing has a greater impact on aerodynamic noise of double-layer sleeve control valve,with increase in sleeve spacing,the noise reduction effect is more obvious under the condition of small opening;sleeve thickness has a less impact on aerodynamic noise of double-layer sleeve control valve;the study results have important reference significance for structural design of inner sleeve of sleeve control valve.
