摘要
目的:了解该院门诊妇科外用药的使用情况,为评估临床科室用药合理性提供依据。方法:采用回顾性研究,对该院2016~2018年门诊妇科外用药进行用药频度、药物利用指数、日均费用等进行统计分析。结果:该院门诊妇科外用药处方张数比例较高为抗菌药物。六种常用妇科外用药DDDs最高为高锰酸钾外用片,其次是抗菌药物。结论:应该加强对高锰酸钾外用片、甲硝唑片、克霉唑阴道片的管理,保证用药安全。
Objective:To understand the use of gynecological drugs in the outpatient department of the hospital,so as to provide support for the evaluation of the rationality of drug use in clinical departments.Method:Retrospective study was conducted to analyze the medication frequency,drug utilization index and average daily cost of outpatient gynecological drugs in the hospital.ResultS:The outpatient department of the hospital gynecological medicine prescription for a high proportion of antibacterial drugs.Six commonly used topical gynecological DDDs were potassium permanganate topical tablets,followed by antibacterial drugs.Conclusion:The administration of potassium permanganate external tablets,metronidazole tablets and metronidazole vaginal tablets should be strengthened to ensure drug safety.
