摘要
针对我国铁路钢垫梁架空维护期间列车限速低(45 km/h)的问题,研究采用新型架空技术将限速提高。为了提高安装效率将钢垫梁原有6根横梁减少2根。通过静力仿真和静载试验,新型钢垫梁位移和应力均满足规范要求。通过多体动力学仿真分析,列车以80 km/h的速度通过时新型钢垫梁的位移、列车的动力学性能指标均满足规范要求;列车以120 km/h的速度通过时新型钢垫梁的位移和列车的脱轨系数、车体加速度、平稳性指标均满足规范要求,但轮重减载率超出限值。因此,建议高速铁路钢垫梁架空维护期间列车限速由45 km/h提高到80 km/h。
Aiming at the problem of low train speed limit(45 km/h)during temporary support maintenance of railway steel cushion beam in China,a new temporary support technology was studied to improve the speed limit.In order to improve the installation efficiency,the original six beams of the steel cushion beam are reduced by two.Through static simulation and static load test,the displacement and stress of the new steel cushion beam meet the requirements of the code.Through the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis,when the train passes at the speed of 80 km/h,the displacement of the new steel cushion beam and the dynamic performance index of the train meet the code requirements.When the train passes at the speed of 120 km/h,the displacement of the new steel cushion beam,the derailment coefficient,vehicle-body acceleration and stability index of the train meet the code requirements,but the wheel load reduction rate exceeds the limit.Therefore,it is suggested that the train speed limit be raised from 45 km/h to 80 km/h during temporary support maintenance of high speed railway using steel cushion beam.
