摘要
文章第一部分简单说明了种子休眠的主要类型及其危害性,并以此为基础强调合理调控水稻种子休眠状态的必要性;第二部分从种皮障碍、环境因素、植物激素的调节这三方面入手,分析了水稻种子休眠的机理;第三部分结合安徽荃银高科种业股份有限公司的工作经验与研究结果,着重阐述了水稻种子休眠调控的现行技术手段,包括种植管理、种子处理等水稻种子休眠的物理调控技术以及抗穗发芽药剂的投放、破休眠药剂的投放等化学调控技术,并对水稻超干种子耐热性的利用、基因编辑技术的利用这些新技术手段进行了说明。
