摘要
真武汤是温阳利水的经典名方,具有强心、利尿、抗炎、改善肾功能等药理作用,临床上常用于治疗心力衰竭、慢性肾小球肾炎、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病等疾病。总结了近年来真武汤的化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用的研究进展,并依照质量标志物(Q-marker)"五原则"对真武汤Q-marker进行预测分析,提示去甲乌药碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、次乌头碱、芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、白术内酯Ι、白术内酯Ⅲ、茯苓素、6-姜酚、β-谷甾醇、(+)-儿茶素可作为真武汤的Q-marker,后续可选择这些Q-marker成分作为指标,以期为真武汤的后续研究提供质量控制参考。
Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)is a classical prescription for warming Yang and promoting diuresis.It has pharmacological effects such as strengthening heart,diuresis,anti-inflammation and improving renal function.It is commonly used in the treatment of heart failure,chronic glomerulonephritis,nephrotic syndrome,diabetic nephropathy and other diseases.This paper summarized the research progress of chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Zhenwu Decoction in recent years and predicted and analyzed the quality markers of Zhenwu Decotion according to the“five principles”.It is indicated that higenamine,benzoylhypacoitine,benzoylmesaconine,benzoylaconitine,hypaconitine,paeon iflorin,albiflorin,pachymic acid,dehydrotumulosicacid,(+)-catechin,atractylenolideΙ,atractylenolideⅢ,β-sitosterol and 6-gingerol can be selected as Q-markers of Zhenwu Decotion.These q-markers can be selected as indicators in order to provide quality control reference for the follow-up study of Zhenwu Decoction.
