摘要
针对人造板、门框、窗框等大面积板框类产品在上下料过程中,因尺寸规格多样而导致的上下料效率低、设备自动化程度差且结构繁杂,适应性低等问题,设计了一种可多尺寸范围调整的吸盘运输设备。分析研究各类运输对象,确定设备整体布局和抓取尺寸范围,并建立虚拟样机模型,对传动杆件建立系统模型分析其运动特性,利用ADAMS软件建立简化模型并进行运动仿真,得到吸盘运动范围和轨迹,为多尺寸吸盘运输机构的整体设计提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of low loading and unloading efficiency,poor equipment automation,complex structure and low adaptability caused by various sizes and specifications in the loading and unloading process of large-area plate and frame products such as wood-based panel,door frames and window frames,a kind of suction cup transportation equipment with multi-size range adjustment was designed,with all kinds of transportation objectsresearched and analyzed,the overall layout and grasping size range of the equipmentdetermined,a virtual prototype modelestablished,a system model for the transmission rodestablished to analyze its motion characteristics,a simplified modelestablished and motion simulationcarried out using ADAMS software,and the motion range and trajectory of the suction cupobtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the overall design of multi-size suction cup transportation mechanism.
