摘要
目的探讨医院消毒供应中心对外来医疗器械管理存在的问题与对策,保障患者医疗器械使用安全.方法加强外来医疗器械在清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、使用后处理等各个关键环节风险管理,对各个环节实施风险管理措施,规范处理流程.结果2018~2020年共处理外来医疗器械171090件,无一例因医疗器械处理不合格发生医院感染案例,取得了良好效果.结论对外来医疗器械管理的关注点实行有效的管理措施,能更好地保障外来医疗器械处理过程的工作质量,提升医疗器械使用安全,降低感染风险.
Objective To study the problems and countermeasures existing in the management of external medical devices in the hospital disinfection supply center to ensure the safety of patients’medical devices.Methods Strengthen the risk management of external medical devices in key links such as cleaning,disinfection,packaging,sterilization and post-use treatment,implement risk management measures for each link,and standardize the treatment process.Results From 2018 to 2020,a total of 171090 external medical devices were processed,and no case of nosocomial infection occurred due to unqualified device treatment,and good results were achieved.Conclusion Effective management countermeasures should be implemented for the management of external medical devices,so as to ensure the work quality of the treatment process of external medical devices,improve the use safety of medical devices and reduce the risk of infection.
