摘要
设计了一种能够帮助老年人完成躺卧、升降以及挪动的机械装置。研究了一种可实现大力矩起背、躺位与坐位能够双向连续变形的隐藏式杠杆机构;选用双列剪叉式机构作为升降机构,保证装置整体平稳升降;选用麦克纳姆轮作为移动部分,可实现装置多方位移动;制作样机,通过测试数据,检验了装置的工作性能。
A mechanical device which can help the elderly to lie down,lift and move is designed.A hidden lever mechanism which can realize back lifting with strong torque and bi-directional continuous deformation of lying position and sitting position is studied;The double row scissor mechanism is selected as the lifting mechanism to ensure the smooth lifting of the whole device;Mcnamu wheel is selected as the moving part to realize the multi-directional movement of the device;The prototype is made,and the working performance of the device is tested through the test data.
