摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种由遗传因素与环境因素相互作用导致的胃肠系统疾病。西医常规使用激素治疗,副作用较大,且缺乏特异性,中医能有效缓解临床症状,改善患者肠道功能,提高生活质量,疗效较显著。本文就中医内治、外治、针灸对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗研究进行综述,旨在为该病的临床治疗参考。
Ulcerative colitis is a gastrointestinal system disease caused by the interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors.In terms of treatment,Western medicine routinely uses hormone therapy,which has great side effects and lacks specificity.Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the intestinal function,and improve the quality of life of patients.This paper reviews the treatment of ulcerative colitis by traditional Chinese medicine(internal treatment,external treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion),aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
