摘要
介绍了笼型聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)的结构特征及性能特点,利用其与聚合物间良好的相容性,可以将带有一个或多个反应性基团的POSS经物理混合或化学键合等方式,在聚氨酯体系内形成侧链型、线型和星型结构,从纳米尺寸上实现对材料的设计及改性,以改善聚氨酯材料本身在耐热性、耐水性和耐候性等方面的不足。最后对POSS在聚氨酯材料领域的应用进行了展望。
The structure and performance of cage polysilsesquioxane(POSS)were introduced.The POSS with one or more reactive groups could form side chain,linear and star structures in the polyurethane system through physical mixing or chemical bonding for its good compatibility with the polymer,and the design and modification of polyurethane material on the nanometer scale were realized to improve the shortcomings of polyurethane material in heat resistance,water resistance and weather resistance.Finally,the application of POSS in the field of polyurethane materials were prospected.
