摘要
目的:探讨芳香疗法联合耳穴贴压预防骨科全麻患者术后的恶心呕吐。方法:纳入茂名市中医院收治的骨科手术患者共90例,将90例患者使用随机数字分组的方式分为对照组、耳穴压贴组、芳香疗法组,每组30人。对照组接受常规术后干预,耳穴压贴组进行耳穴压贴,芳香疗法组进行芳香疗法联合耳穴贴压,对比三组的术后恶心呕吐(Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting,PONV)风险评分、PONV持续时间、PONV频率。结果:PONV风险评分、PONV持续时间、PONV频率,三组组内对比,芳香疗法组<耳穴贴压组<对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后每组患者PONV严重程度的不同分级发生率,芳香疗法组中,0级43.33%、Ⅰ级40.00%、Ⅱ级36.67%;耳穴贴压组中,0级20.00%、Ⅰ级40.00%、Ⅱ级33.33%、Ⅲ级6.67%;对照组中,0级3.33%、Ⅰ级43.33%、Ⅱ级33.33%、Ⅲ级20.00%;三组组内对比,PONV严重程度分级,芳香疗法组<耳穴贴压组<对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。芳香疗法组PONV发生率为(0%),耳穴贴压组PONV发生率为(6.67%),对照组PONV发生率为(20.00%),三组组内对比,PONV发生率,芳香疗法组<耳穴贴压组<对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值=7.682,P<0.05)。结论:骨科全麻患者术后进行芳香疗法联合耳穴贴压,能够有效地预防术后恶心呕吐,降低术后恶心呕吐发生率高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of aromatherapy combined with auricular point sticking on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in orthopedic patients under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 90 orthopedic patients were enrolled in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The 90 patients were randomLy divided into the control group and auricular point pressing group and aromatherapy group,with 30 people in each group.Patients in the control group received routine postoperative intervention,patients in the auricular point pressing group received auricular point pressing,and patients in the aromatherapy group received aromatherapy combined with auricular point pressing.The postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV)risk score,PONV duration and PONV frequency were compared among the three groups.Results:The comparison of PONV risk score,PONV duration,PONV frequency of the three groups was made,aromatherapy group<auricular point sticking group<control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of PONV severity in each group after operation was different.In aromatherapy group,43.33% was of grade 0,40.00% was of grade Ⅰ and 36.67% was of grade Ⅱ.In auricular point sticking group,grade 0 was 20.00%,grade Ⅰ was 40.00%,grade Ⅱ was 33.33%,and grade Ⅲ was 6.67%.In the control group,grade 0 was 3.33%,grade Ⅰ was 43.33%,grade Ⅱ was 33.33%,and grade Ⅲ was 20.00%.In comparison among the three groups,PONV severity grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of PONV in aromatherapy group(0),auricular point sticking group(6.67%)and the control group(20.00%)was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.682,P<0.05).Conclusion:Aromatherapy combined with auricular point sticking can effectively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,which is worth popularizing.
