PY-GC-MS法分析艾烟化学成分的研究

摘要 目的研究怀化地区艾叶燃烧时艾烟的化学成分。方法采用热裂解气相色谱质谱(PY-GC-MS)分析艾叶热裂解产生的艾烟化学成分,热解温度300℃,气相色谱进样口温度250℃,程序升温,柱箱初始温度60℃,保持2 min,以5℃·min^(-1)升到120℃,保持5 min,再以10℃·min^(-1)升到230℃,保持10 min。EI离子源质谱,离子源温度为250℃,经面积归一法计算成分的相对含量。结果鉴定出艾烟化学成分34种,主要为醇、酚、酮、酸、酯、吡硌、糖、醛及二氧化碳等,占烟气总量的93.83%。其中,醇类占总量的30.605%。酚类占总量的21.406%。酮类占总量的14.716%。酸类占总量的13.863%。酯类占总量的1.934%。吡硌类占总量的2.85%。糖类占总量的1.713%。醛类占总量的0.341%。另外,二氧化碳占总量的6.647%。结论热裂解气相色谱质谱分析,无须样品预处理,可直接进样,操作简便,灵敏度度高,艾烟能被充分释放和收集,本实验测出的艾烟化学成分均可用于香料、医药或中间体、除菌驱虫剂。 Objective To study the chemical components of moxa smoke produced by burning Artemisina argyi level.et Vant in Huaihua area.Methods It was analyzed by PY-GC-MS that the Artemisia argy pyrolyze to produce moxa smoke,pyrolysis temperature 300℃,the gas chromatographic inlet temperature was 250℃and programmed to rise,the initial temperature of the column chamber was 60℃,kept for 2 min,increased to 120℃at 5℃·min^(-1),kept for 5 min,and then increased to 230℃at 10℃·min^(-1),kept for 10 min.EI ion source mass spectrometry,ion source temperature was 250℃,the relative percentage content of each component was calculated with peak area normalization method.Results 28 chemical components were identified by PY-GC-MS,mainly for alcohols,phenols,ketones,acids,esters,pyrrhics,carbonhydrate,aldehydes and carbon dioxide,etc,which accounted for 93.83%of the total contents.Alcohols were 30.605%,phenols were 21.406%,ketones were 14.716%,acids were 13.863%,pyrrhics were 2.85%,esters were 1.934%,carbonhydrate were 1.713%,aldehydes were 0.341%,carbon dioxide were 6.647%.Conclusion PY-GC-MS analysis allows full release of moxa smoke.Without sample pretreatment,can directly into the sample,simple operation,high sensitivity degree.The chemical components of moxa smoke detected in this experiment can be used for spices,medicine or intermediates,antibacterial and insect-repellent agents.
