摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加芦丁对湖羊血清免疫和抗氧化指标以及背最长肌氨基酸和脂肪酸组成的影响。选择3月龄左右、健康且体重相近的湖羊36只,随机分为3个组,每组12只(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加50和100 mg/kg BW芦丁的饲粮。试验预试期14 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加芦丁对湖羊血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加芦丁对湖羊血清过氧化氢酶、总超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但100 mg/kg芦丁组试验第14天血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),50 mg/kg芦丁组试验第35天血清中GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05),100 mg/kg芦丁组试验第56天血清中GSH-Px活性极显著提高(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加芦丁对湖羊背最长肌中基本营养成分(水分、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪)、脂肪酸和氨基酸含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,正常饲养条件下,饲粮添加芦丁对湖羊背最长肌中脂肪酸、氨基酸含量以及血清免疫球蛋白含量均无显著影响,但能通过提高血清抗氧化酶活性,增强机体的抗氧化能力。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary rutin on serum immune and antioxidant indices and amino acid and fatty acid composition in longissimus dorsi muscle of Hu sheep.Thirty-six healthy Hu sheep of 3-month-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 12 sheep(half male and half female)in each group.The sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 and 100 mg/kg BW rutin,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 14 days,and the trial period lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary rutin had no significant effects on the contents of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in serum of Hu sheep(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary rutin had no significant effects on the activities of catalase and total superoxide dismutase as well as malondialdehyde content in serum of Hu sheep(P>0.05),but the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in 100 mg/kg rutin group was significantly increased on day 14(P<0.05),the serum GSH-Px activity in 50 mg/kg rutin group was significantly increased on day 35(P<0.05),and the serum GSH-Px activity in100 mg/kg rutin group was extremely significantly increased on day 56(P<0.01).3)Compared with control group,dietary rutin had no significant effects on the contents of basic nutrients(moisture,crude protein and ether extract),fatty acids and amino acids in longissimus dorsi muscle of Hu sheep(P>0.05).In conclusion,under normal feeding conditions,dietary rutin has no significant effects on the contents of fatty acids and amino acids in longissimus dorsi muscle and serum immunoglobulin contents,but can enhance the antioxidant capacity of the body by improving the activities of serum antioxidant enzymes.
