非剥脱性1565 nm点阵激光治疗面部皮肤老化的临床效果及微观RCM反射式共聚焦显微镜分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:采用非剥脱性1565 nm点阵激光治疗面部皮肤老化,运用反射式共聚焦显微镜(reflectance confocal microscopy,RCM)评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法:所有受试者行非剥脱性1565 nm点阵激光治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗一次后4周、8周、12周进行照相、RCM检测。结果:治疗后12周,93.3%的患者达到最佳效果;RCM结果显示,治疗后12周真皮胶原致密显著增加。结论:非剥脱性1565 nm点阵激光使面部年轻化,具有较好疗效;RCM对非剥脱性1565 nm点阵激光临床疗效的观察有显著意义。
