摘要
农家乐可持续性经营对持续推动当地发展、实现旅游扶贫具有战略意义。文章以天堂寨农家乐为例进行实证研究,从经济、环境、社会文化三方面构建评估体系,采用层次分析法、熵权法计算可持续发展水平指数,同时探求重要影响因子;并依据资源禀赋及发展现状划分为3个片区进行纵向比较,探究不同片区可持续发展差异。结果表明:天堂寨农家乐总体处可持续发展阶段;重要影响因子有淡旺季节差、政策倾斜等;农家乐的发展也带来了物价上涨、拥挤嘈杂、商业化加重等不利影响;不同片区之间存在差异,依次排序为前畈区>南河区>黄河区;农家乐主普遍秉持继续经营意愿,但总体综合素质不高成为亟待解决的问题;3个片区扶贫效益感知不同,总体呈距离衰减规律。
The sustainable development of agritainment is of strategic significance to continuously promote local development and realize tourism poverty alleviation. Taking the agritainment in Tiantangzhai as an example, this paper builds an evaluation system from three aspects of economy, environment and society culture. The index of sustainable development level is calculated by analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, and explore the important impact and development status, the agritainment of Tiantangzhai is divided into three areas for vertical comparison to explore the differences of sustainable development in three different areas. The results show that the agritainment of Tiantangzhai is in the stage of sustainable development in general;In addition, the difference between low season and peak season and preferential policy are important impact factors;The development of agritainment, however, has brought negative effects such as rising prices, crowding and noise, and increased commercialization;There are differences among different areas, which are in the order of Qianfan area > Nanhe area > Yellow River area;The holders of agritainment generally uphold the will to continue to operate, but the overall low comprehensive quality has become an urgent problem to be solved;The perception of poverty alleviation benefits in the three areas is also different and shows the law of distance attenuation in general.
