摘要
介绍了一起10 kV一二次融合成套开关的故障情况,通过对开关本体及其馈线终端进行解体检查和试验,经分析可知该开关故障原因是由于外部异物短路引起,但同时也发现馈线终端内部全桥整流电源转换模块烧毁。基于Multisim仿真软件搭建了该馈线终端电源转换模块模型,进一步分析了电源转换模块烧毁的原因。针对发现的问题,分别从技术方面和管理方面提出了相应的建议及措施,能够有效发现或解决此类型开关在工程实践过程中存在的故障隐患。
The fault of 10 kV primary and secondary fusion switch is introduced in this paper.It is known through disassembly,inspection and test as well as analysis of the switch proper and its feeder terminal that the reason of the fault of the switch is due to short circuit of external foreign matter.It is also found at the same time that the full bridge rectification power conversion module has burnt out in the feeder terminal.The model of power conversion module of the feeder terminal is set up based on Multisim simulation software and the reason of the burnt-out of the power converter module is analyzed further.Aimed at problems found,the corresponding suggestions and measures are given from the aspects of technology and management,which effectively find or solve the problems of this type of switch in the engineering practice.
