浙西南亚热带森林双菌根植物的侵染特征 被引量:2

Infection characteristics of dual-mycorrhizal plants of subtropical forests in southwest Zhejiang

摘要 为探究亚热带森林的双菌根侵染特征和机制,以浙江凤阳山-百山祖国家级自然保护区25 hm;亚热带森林动态监测样地为研究对象,对样地内的38个树种共181棵木本植物进行了根系采样,观察根系的菌根真菌侵染状态,分析双菌根的侵染特征。结果表明,在检测的38个树种中,6个为双菌根树种,29个树种为丛枝菌根(AM)树种,3个为外生菌根(EcM)树种。双菌根树种集中在壳斗科(Fagaceae)和松科(Pinaceae)上,包括短尾柯(Lithocarpus brevicaudatus)、硬壳柯(Lithocarpus hancei)、甜槠(Castanopsis eyrei)、巴东栎(Quercus engleriana)、光叶水青冈(Fagus lucida)和黄山松(Pinus taiwanensis)。在这6个树种中,发生双菌根侵染的个体的胸径显著小于未发生双菌根侵染个体。对双菌根侵染树种来说,根系中的Ec M真菌侵染和AM真菌侵染呈现负相关关系,并且Ec M真菌侵染率与个体的胸径呈显著正相关关系,而AM真菌侵染率随着个体胸径的增大而不断降低。综上,在以往鉴定为Ec M真菌侵染的树种上更可能出现AM真菌侵染,从而表现出双菌根侵染,且双菌根侵染主要出现在幼树个体上。随着个体的生长,Ec M真菌侵染逐渐增强,AM真菌侵染逐渐减弱。 To assess dual-mycorrhizal colonization in subtropical forests, we sampled the roots of 181 trees from 38 species within a 25 hm;subtropical forest plot in the Fengyangshan-Baishanzu National Nature Reserve. We examined mycorrhizal status and measured the mycorrhizal colonization rate under a microscope, and analyzed the characteristic of dual-mycorrhizal colonization.Among the 38 species, 29 and 3 species were characterized by arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) or ectomycorrhizal(EcM), respectively, whereas the remaining 6 species formed dual-mycorrhizal associations. These dual-mycorrhizal tree species(Lithocarpus brevicaudatus, Lithocarpus hancei, Castanopsis eyrie, Quercus engleriana, Fagus lucida, and Pinus taiwanensis) belong to the families Fagaceae and Pinaceae. Among these species, the diameters at breast height(DBH) of dual-mycorrhizal individuals were significantly smaller than those of individuals without dual-mycorrhizal colonization. For these dual-mycorrhizal individuals, EcM and AM fungal colonization was found to be negatively correlated, with EcM and AM colonization increasing and decreasing with increasing DBH, respectively. In conclusion, dual-mycorrhizal colonization may occur in some tree species that have previously been categorized as EcM plants and generally takes place at the juvenile stage. Moreover, the predominant mycorrhizal type of these dual-mycorrhizal species shifts from AM to EcM with the continued growth of plant individuals.
