复合绝缘子早期酥朽故障诊断及异常发热机理研究 被引量:12

Early Decay-Like Aging Diagnosis and Mechanism of Abnormal Temperature Rise of Composite Insulators

摘要 在巡线中借助红外测温装置发现了一起复合绝缘子异常发热故障。对故障绝缘子进行了红外和紫外测试、额定拉力测试、解剖观察、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱分析等检测试验,结果表明,复合绝缘子处于酥朽老化早期发展阶段,酥朽芯棒表面局部放电电流的热效应、化学效应以及从端部侵入的水分在强电场下的极化损耗共同导致了故障处异常发热。进一步分析了酥朽老化与异常发热的内在关联,指出酥朽老化发展全过程中必然伴随发热现象,且二者的初始诱因均为绝缘子内部缺陷处引发的局部放电。此外,在高温高湿环境下,水分侵入芯棒会加剧极化升温,且热量难以及时散发,此时尽管芯棒酥朽老化程度不严重,仍可能出现异常温升现象。该结论为红外测温技术应用于复合绝缘子酥朽老化诊断领域提供了理论支撑。 An abnormal temperature rise of a composite insulator was found by means of an infrared temperature measuring device during line inspection. Infrared and ultraviolet detection, rated tensile test, anatomical observation, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis were performed on the faulty insulator. The results shows that the core rod of composite insulator is in the early stage of decay-like aging. The electro-thermal and electrochemical effects of the partial discharge current on the surface of decay-like aging core rod, along with the polarization loss under strong electric field of the water infiltrated from fitting end, collectively leading to abnormal temperature rise at fault point. Further, the internal relationship between decay-like aging and abnormal temperature rise is analyzed, and it is pointed out that, temperature rise is inevitably accompanied in the whole development process of decay-like aging, and the initial cause of both phenomenon is the partial discharge resulted from the internal defects in the insulator. Besides, in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, the infiltration of moisture into the cod exacerbates the polarization heating, and the heat is difficult to quickly dissipate. In this case, although the decay-like aging of the core rod is just at an early stage, an abnormal temperature rise may still occur. The conclusion provides theoretical support for the application of infrared temperature measurement technology in the field of decay-like aging diagnosis of composite insulators.
