摘要
《辽史·地理志》所言“兵事隶/属”指州、军、城在军事上隶属相应军事机构;仅言“隶/属”者,指民政、军事皆由军事机构管理。《辽史·地理志》其他未载明“兵事”隶属关系的州、军、城隶属于五京留守或留守兼任之军事机构长官。《辽史·地理志》提及的军事机构,可分为高级与中级两个层级。二者辖区加上节镇,共同构成辽朝三级军事区划。高级军事区划“军事路”共九处,包括“五京路”和西北路、西南面、东北路、辽西路,覆盖辽朝全境;中级军事区划位于高级军事区划内,往往为高级军事机构分支机构或因事而置,且时常调整;低级军事区划即节镇辖区。辽朝军事路与五京道、财赋路划分并不完全一致,军事路的设置受到五京道影响,物资则依靠财赋路提供。
The term“Bing Shi Li/Shu(兵事隶/属)”mentioned in“Geography Annals of History of Liao”means that prefectures,armies and cities were militarily subordinate to some corresponding military institutions.The term“Li/Shu”(without the word“military affairs”before it)means that both civil and military affairs are administered by military institutions.Other prefectures,armies and cities that did not specify the subordinate relationship of“military affairs”were under the jurisdiction of Liushou(留守)of Wujing(五京,five capitals)or the military officers who hold concurrent posts of Liushou.The military institutions mentioned in the Geography Annals of History of Liao can be divided into high and intermediate levels.The districts of the two level military institution and Jiezhen(节镇)together constitute the three-level military divisions of the Liao Dynasty.There were nine high-level military divisions,namely“military Lu(路)”,including Wujing Lu,Northwest Lu,Southwest Lu,Northeast Lu and West Liao Lu,covering the whole territory of the Liao Dynasty.The intermediate level military division is located in the high-level one,which is usually the branches of the senior military institutions or being set up for other reasons,and is often adjusted.The low-level military division is the prefecture of Jiezhen.The division of military Lu in Liao Dynasty was not completely consistent with the division of Wujing Dao(道)and Caifu(财赋)Lu.The establishment of military Lu was influenced by Wujing Dao,and the supplies that the former needed were provided by Caifu Lu.
