摘要
本文总结了1例糖尿病低蛋白血症合并自发巨大脓肿伴双臀部Ⅲ期压疮患者的护理经验。护理要点:积极监测患者血糖变化,从而预防并发症出现;局部创面护理;减压护理;营养护理;心理护理。经过26天的精心护理,患者血糖控制良好。使用新型敷料换药方法后,患者创面彻底愈合,未出现局部感染。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with diabetic hypoproteinemia complicated with spontaneous huge back abscess accompanied with stageⅢpressure sores on both buttocks.Nursing points:actively monitor the patient′s blood glucose changes,so as to prevent complications;local wound care;decompression care;nutritional care;psychological care.After 26 days of meticulous care,the patient′s blood glucose was well controlled,and the wound was completely healed with a new dressing change method without local infection.
