摘要 目的 以加强医学生临床思维训练和培养职业道德为核心,改进在校学生由于初学皮肤科学病种多、缺乏对临床真实疾病的理解和认识,造成“痛点”状况,增强学生解决临床实际问题的能力。方法 建立以学生为主体、教师为主导的新教学体系和教学模式,提高学生的自主学习能力、丰富参与形式;采用形成性评价方法改革学习成绩评价体系,提升考核的科学性、公平性。结果 通过教学方法及考核方法的全面改进,学生课程知识掌握得到加强,学习成绩提高,职业道德素养及临床实践能力得到培养。同时课程教学质量提升,教材立体化,教师专业素养得到加强。结论 创新举措进一步深化了医学生对所学专业及其价值的认识;提高其在临床学习中的主动性和积极性;推进了师生、生生间的互动交流,切实推动了医学临床教学实践的发展。 Objective To strengthen the clinical thinking training of medical students and cultivate professional ethics as the core,to improve the "pain points" of the students in the school due to the lack of understanding and understanding of clinical real diseases due to the variety of dermatology beginners.Students’ ability to solve practical clinical problems.Methods To establish a new teaching system and teaching model with students as the main body and teachers as the leading,to improve students’ autonomous learning ability and enrich the form of participation;adopt the formative evaluation method to reform the learning performance evaluation system to improve the scientific and fairness of the assessment.Result Through the comprehensive improvement of teaching methods and assessment methods,students’ mastery of curriculum knowledge has been strengthened,their academic performance has been improved,and their professional ethics and literacy and clinical practice ability have been cultivated.At the same time,the quality of course teaching has been improved,the teaching materials have been three-dimensional,and the professional quality of teachers has been strengthened.The innovative measures have further deepened the medical students’ understanding of the major and its value;improved their initiative and enthusiasm in clinical learning;promoted the interaction between teachers and students and students,and effectively promoted the development of medical clinical teaching practice.Conclusion The supplementary and innovative measures further deepened the medical students’ understanding of the specialty and its value;improved their initiative and enthusiasm in clinical learning;promoted the interaction between teachers and students,and effectively promote the development of medical clinical teaching practice.
