摘要
百香果是一种生长在热带和亚热带地区的芳香水果,营养丰富,具有多种水果香气,可用于制备复合果汁、果酒、酸奶等产品。本文针对百香果的营养价值、采后贮藏方式和深加工利用研究现状进行简要阐述。
Passion fruit is an aromatic fruit that grows in tropical and subtropical regions.It is rich in nutrients and has a variety of fruit aromas.It can be used to prepare compound juice,fruit wine,yogurt and other products.In this paper,the nutritional value,post-harvest storage methods and research status of deep processing and utilization of passion fruit are briefly described.
