日粮中添加西洋参投料参对龙凤土鸡生长性能、免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effect of American Ginseng in Feed on Growth Performance, Immune Function and Blood Biochemistry Indexes of Longfeng Chicken

摘要 试验旨在研究西洋参投料参对龙凤土鸡生长性能、免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响。选用400只45日龄龙凤土鸡,随机分成4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组在基础饲粮中分别加入0.4%、0.2%、0.1%投料参,饲喂80 d。结果显示:相比于对照组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别增重9.38%、6.62%(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组采食量显著低于对照组3.02%,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的料重比显著低于对照组11.39%、4.17%、4.44%;各试验组胸腺指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而脾脏指数无显著差异;试验Ⅱ组血清免疫指标明显高于其他各组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组之间血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总胆固醇和三酰甘油含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组总蛋白含量显著高于对照组,与试验Ⅰ组相比无显著差异。综合来看,饲料中添加0.2%~0.4%投料参可有效促进畜禽生长发育,改善饲料转化率,促进免疫细胞增殖、免疫器官发育,提高机体免疫力。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of feed American ginseng on growth performance, immune function and serum biochemical indexes of Longfeng chicken. In the experiment,400 45-day-old Longfeng chickens were randomly divided into four groups, each with five replicates,and each replicate with 20 chickens. The control group was fed with basic diet. Group Ⅰ, GroupⅡ,Group Ⅲ were fed with the basic diet supplemented with 0.4%, 0.2%, 0.1% of feed ginseng, respectively for 80 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight of test groups I andⅡ increased by 9.38% and 6.62% respectively(P<0.05). The feed intake of test group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of the control group by 3.02%, and the feed meat ratio of test groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ andⅢ was significantly lower than that of the control group by 11.39%, 4.17% and 4.44%, respectively;The thymus index of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in spleenindex;The serum immune indexes in test groupⅡ were significantly higher than those in othergroups. There was no significant difference in thecontents of Ig G and Ig M between test groups Ⅰand Ⅲ. The total protein, albumin and globulincontent in group I were significantly higher thanthose in the control group(P<0.05), the total cholesterol and triglyceride content were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the total pro-tein content in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). In general, add-ing 0.2%-0.4% feed ginseng to the feed could effectively promote the growth and development of live-stock and poultry, improve the feed conversion rate, promote the proliferation of immune cells and the de-velopment of immune organs, and improve the body’s immunity.
