摘要
数字化赋能电网工程造价管理,有利于利用数字化手段为造价管理工作带来深刻变革,重新界定造价管理的全新模式,从而带来管理效益的显著提升。本文以构建“电网造价管理数字化智慧分析系统”为目标,基于数字化技术在输变电工程建设各阶段的应用,构建造价管理智能化水平评价体系,再以M区域已建成竣工的5个35kv变电站电力工程为案例进行分析,从而帮助电网企业应用数字化技术,进行全过程造价智能化管理。基于此,电网在实际造价管理工作中,要借助数字化智库、大数据分析等方法,提升造价管理的智能化水平,从而全面促进电网基建工程造价管理的高质量发展。
Digital energized power grid project cost management is conducive to the use of digital means for the profound reform of cost management, redefining a new cost management model, and significantly improving management efficiency. Based on the application of digital technology in each stage of power transmission and transformation projects, this paper constructs an evaluation system of cost management intelligence level, and then analyzes five 35 kV substation power projects completed in M region as cases, so as to help power grid enterprises to apply digital technology and carry out the whole process of cost intelligent management. Based on this, in the actual cost management work, power grid should use digital think tank, big data analysis and other methods to enhance the intelligent level of cost management, so as to promote the high-quality development of the cost management of power grid infrastructure projects.
