摘要
赵庄煤业井田范围内的3号煤具有瓦斯含量高、煤层松软、透气性差的特点,采用普通钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯,抽采达标所需时间长。为了解决瓦斯治理难题,缩短抽采达标所需时间,赵庄煤业在底抽巷采用了水力冲孔工艺。经过不断优化设计、改进冲孔工艺,水力冲孔在赵庄煤业底抽巷取得了成功,抽采效果提升明显,抽采达标所需时间缩短了1/3。
The No.3 coal in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine field has the characteristics of high gas content,soft coal seam and poor gas permeability,it takes a long time to pre-draw coal seam gas by ordinary drilling,and it takes a long time to reach the standard.In order to solve the problem of gas control and shorten the time needed to meet the standard,Zhaozhuang Coal Industry has adopted hydraulic punching technology in the bottom drainage roadway.Through continuous optimization design and improvement of punching technology,hydraulic punching has achieved success in Zhaozhuang Coal Industry bottom roadway.The extraction effect was improved obviously,and the time needed to reach the standard was shortened by 1/3.
