摘要
野川煤矿3205工作面回采期间受DF_(5)断层影响,工作面出现煤壁片帮、顶板破碎、底板鼓起等现象,影响着工作面回采,为了解决这--技术难题,提出了采用水泥浆液和化学浆液相配合的方式,对工作面断层影响区进行超前注浆加固,通过实际应用效果来看,注浆加固后,提高了构造区围岩整体稳定性以及围岩承载能力,工作面在后期回采过程中未出现顶板破碎冒漏、大面积煤壁片帮现象,底鼓现象得到有效控制,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the problems of rib spalling,broken roof,and floor heave during the mining of 3205 working face of Yechuan Colliery,this paper proposes a method of combining cement slurry and chemical slurry to carry out advanced grouting reinforcement in the fault-affected area of the working face,which improves the overall stability and the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock in the structural area,avoids the phenomenon of roof fall leak and large-area rib spalling during the later mining process,and effectively controls floor heave.
