摘要
云芝具有独特的药用功效、较高的经济价值和广阔的市场前景,已成为国内外研究的热点。详细介绍了云芝的子实体和菌丝体形态特征、生物学特性、活性成分及其应用等情况,从菌丝培养和子实体培养(包括制袋接种、出菇管理、采收加工)2个方面阐述了现有的人工培养技术,并对云芝的栽培研究发展方向进行了展望。
Coriolus versicolor is a kind of medicinal fungus,which has been used for over 2000 years in China.Being of effectiveness against cancerous cell proliferations,benefit to human immunity,and broad prospects in market,it has been a research focus all over the world.Here,we have reviewed the research advances about the morphological characteristics,biological properties,active ingredients and application,and artificial cultivation methods of C.versicolor mycellium and fruiting body(including bag inoculation,fruiting management,and harvesting and processing).In addition,the development of C.versicolor cultivation research is expected.
