摘要
深化产教融合,培养高层次应用型人才,是推动研究生教育高质量发展的战略性举措。各高校在推进研究生教育改革中,结合自身优势与特色,将产教融合理念渗透到研究生培养过程的各环节,逐步建立起研究生教育与产业统筹融合创新发展的格局,取得了一定的成效。基于此,就产教融合背景下专业学位研究生培养现状、产教融合具体方式、培养方案改革探索方面展开讨论,提出“0.5+1+1.5”新的培养模式与课程体系。总之,研究生教育培养方案改革一定要结合高校自身特点来进行,并且一定要根据学生的升学或就业需求去改进,还要结合地方经济发展需求,使产教融合政策发挥最大优势。
Deepening the integration of industry and education and cultivating high-level applied talents are the strategic measures to promote the high-quality development of graduate education. In the process of promoting the graduate education reform, colleges and universities have combined their own advantages and characteristics to integrate the concept of industry-education integration into all the aspects of the training process of graduate education, and gradually established the pattern of the integration of graduate education and industry. Certain results have been achieved. Based on the above, this paper discusses the current situation of the professional degree graduate training, the specific ways of the integration of industry and education, and the exploration of the training program reform under the background of the integration of industry and education, and puts forward the new training model and new curriculum system of “0.5+1+1.5”.In short, the reform of graduate education and training program must be carried out in combination with the characteristics of universities, and must be improved according to students’ employment needs. It should also be in line with the needs of local economic development, so that the integration of industry and education policy can give full play to the maximum advantages.
