摘要
巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站是“一带一路”倡议中首个大型水电投资建设项目,采用中国技术标准,由中国企业负责设计、建设和运营,意义重大。为保证工程规模合理、经济可行且能长期有效发挥电站效益,针对调节库容小、入库沙量大等工程特点,总结了水库运行水位选择和排沙调度运行方式研究经验,提出了合理可行的工程规划方案。研究成果可为国外同类型水电站工程规模论证提供参考。
Karot Hydropower Station is the first large-scale hydropower construction project of the Belt and Road Initiative,and the project is of great significance with designed,constructed and operated by Chinese technical stan⁃dards and Chinese enterprises.In order to ensure that the project scale is reasonable,economically feasible and long-term function playing effectively of power generation benefits,this paper summarizes research experience on selection of reservoir operational water level and sediment releasing operation by considering the reservoir character⁃istics of small regulation capacity and large sediment inflow,and puts forward a reasonable and feasible project plan⁃ning scheme,which can provide a certain reference for the project scale demonstration of similar hydropower proj⁃ects abroad.
