紫苏精油对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘要 为了评价紫苏精油对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,试验选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡公鸡192只,随机分为4个组,分别在基础日粮中添加0(CON组)、100mg/kg(PFEO_(1)组)、200mg/kg(PFEO_(2)组)和300mg/kg(PFEO_(3)组)紫苏精油,试验期为70d,分为1~21,22~56,57~70日龄三个饲喂阶段,测定肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能。结果表明:1)1~70日龄,PFEO_(2)、PFEO_(3)组肉鸡平均日增重显著高于CON组和PFEO_(1)组(P<0.05),PFEO_(2)、PFEO_(3)组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间肉鸡平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);PFEO_(2)、PFEO_(3)组肉鸡料重比显著低于CON组(P<0.05),PFEO_(1)、PFEO_(2)、PFEO_(3)组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各组间肉鸡屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率和腹脂率差异不显著(P>0.05);PFEO_(2)组肉鸡胸肌率和腿肌率显著高于CON、PFEO_(1)组(P<0.05),PFEO_(2)、PFEO_(3)组间差异不显著(P>0.05),CON、PFEO_(1)、PFEO_(3)组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中添加适当水平的紫苏精油可提高肉鸡日增重、胸肌率和腿肌率,降低料重比,适宜添加量为200mg/kg。 In order to evaluate the effects of Perilla frutescens essential oil on growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers,a total of 192 one-day-old male yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into four groups.They were supplemented with 0(CON),100 mg/kg(PFEO_(1)),200 mg/kg(PFEO_(2))and 300 mg/kg(PFEO_(3))Perilla frutescens essential oil.The experiment lasted for 70 days and was divided into three feeding stages of 1~21 days of age,22~56 days of age and 57~70 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)From 1 to 70 days of age,the average daily gain(ADG)of broilers in the PFEO_(2)and PFEO_(3)groups was significantly higher than that in the CON and PFEO_(1)groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the PFEO_(2)and PFEO_(3)groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers among all groups(P>0.05).The ratio of feed/gain(F/G)of broilers in the PFEO_(2)and PFEO_(3)groups was significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference among PFEO_(1),PFEO_(2)and PFEO_(3)groups(P>0.05).2)There were no significant differences in dressing percentage,half-eviscerated percentage,eviscerated percentage and abdominal fat percentage of broilers among all groups(P>0.05);The chest muscle percentage and leg muscle percentage of broilers in PFEO_(2)group were significantly higher than those in CON group and PFEO_(1)group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between PFEO_(2)and PFEO_(3)groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference among CON,PFEO_(1)and PFEO_(3)groups(P>0.05).It indicated that adding an appropriate dose of Perilla frutescens essential oil to broiler diets can increase the ADG,chest muscle percentage and leg muscle percentage of broilers,and reduce the ratio of F/G.The optimum addition amount of Perilla frutescens essential oil was 200 mg/kg.
