摘要
绩效评价是促进产教融合实训基地建设不可或缺的衡量手段和参考指南。针对现有评价体系构建理念不明确、评价结果缺乏公正客观、评价手段不够智能等现实问题,以“新发展理念”为指导原则,构建了包含5个一级指标19个二级指标58个三级指标的评价指标体系。以JL学院产教融合实训基地为例,综合运用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法实证评价指标体系的科学性和可行性,从而为职业院校产教融合实训基地建设和发展提供科学的评价体系、技术工具和对策建议。
Performance evaluation is an indispensable measure and reference guide to promote the construction of training base of integration of production and education.Aiming at the practical problems of the existing evaluation system,such as unclear construction concept,lack of fairness and objectivity in evaluate on results and lack of intelligence in evaluation means,an evaluate on index system including 5 first-class indicators,19 second-class indicators and 58 third-class indicators is constructed with the guiding principle of‘new development concept’.Taking the training base of the integration of production and education in JL College as an example,the scientific nature and feasibility of the index system are empirically evaluated by comprehensive application of AHP and grey relational analysis.Thus,it provides a scientific evaluation system,technical tools and countermeasures for the construction and development of the training base of integration of production and education in vocational colleges.
