摘要
公安院校警务技战术课程是公安高等教育的重要组成部分,以“金课”标准探索公安院校警务技战术课程教学改革已成为发展趋势。公安院校警务技战术课程教学改革以新时代警务技战术课程“金课”内涵及教学特征为思维引领,以制约警务技战术“金课”建设的课程设计、师资水平、现代信息技术、制度保障方面存在的主要问题为引导,从多维度改革课程教学设计、构建教学团队为依托的实战和业务学习交流平台、现代信息化教育技术助力“金课”建设、全方位制度保障等方面,提出公安院校警务技战术课程教学“金课”建设的高效能改革路径。
The policing skills and tactics course in police colleges is a significant part in higher education of police, and the research on teaching reform paths for this course according to the "golden course" standards has become a trend. The teaching reform on this course in police colleges is guided by the "golden course" connotation and teaching characteristics for new-era policing skills and tactics course, targeting on factors having restricted the "golden course" construction of this course in curriculum design, teachers’ qualification, modern information technology and system guarantee. From the aspects of multi-dimensionally perfecting the course teaching design, building a practical study and exchange platform relied on the teaching team, strengthening the "golden course" under assistance of modern information-based education technology, and ensuring the guarantee with all-round systems, this paper attempts to put forward efficient reform paths for police colleges’ police skills and tactics course according to the standards of "golden course".
