摘要
目的探讨高频超声诊断胸骨柄体关节炎的超声特征及价值。方法应用高频超声分别对20例胸骨柄体关节炎及对照组20例健康志愿者胸骨柄体关节进行二维灰阶超声及彩色多普勒超声检查。二维灰阶超声声像图包括胸骨柄体关节囊厚度,其内是否有增生的滑膜组织及液性暗区,关节表面骨皮质情况,彩色多普勒超声观察血流信号情况。结果20例胸骨柄体关节炎与健康志愿者胸骨柄体关节比较,超声表现为胸骨柄体关节囊体积增大,内可见增生的滑膜组织,骨皮质毛糙,显示欠光滑,彩色多普勒超声显示点条状血流信号显示。胸骨柄体关节炎与健康志愿者对照组关节囊之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论高频超声是诊断胸骨柄体关节炎首选的影像学诊断学方法。
Objective To investigate the ultrasound characteristics and value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of manubriosternal arthritis.Methods Twenty cases of manubriosternal arthritis and 20 healthy volunteers in the control group were included in the study and were examined by two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound and color Doppler.The two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasound image included the thickness of the joint capsule of the manubriosternal joint,whether there was hyperplastic synovial tissue and liquid dark area in it,the bone cortex of the joint surface,and the color Doppler ultrasound was used to observe the blood flow signal.Results Compared with normal manubriosternal joints,the observational group with manubriosternal arthritis showed the increased volume of the joint capsule of the manubriosternal joint,hyperplasia of synovial tissue,cortical bone,and the multiple cystic hypoechoic zone,using high-frequency ultrasound.Color Doppler ultrasound showed that there were point and strip blood flow signals.The thickness of the joint capsule in the observation group was significantly thicker,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is the preferred imaging diagnostic method for diagnosing manubriosternal arthritis.
