摘要
脱发是一种常见的临床症状,不仅影响患者的美观,还会对患者的个体心理和自尊心产生极大的负面影响,可导致患者焦虑、自尊心受挫等。脱发治疗的目标是防止脱发并促进再生。目前脱发的治疗手段多种多样,但疗效并非总是理想,需要新的给药方式来最大化药效和减少副作用。近年来,许多治疗脱发的新型给药方式被开发出来。本文综述了近年来增强药物在头皮中渗透的给药方式,并讨论了纳米颗粒给药方式的优点和发展趋势。以期为临床工作者在脱发治疗时选择合适的给药方式提供参考。
Alopecia is a common clinical symptom,which not only affects the appearance of patients,but also has a great negative impact on patients’ individual psychology and self-esteem,which can lead to anxiety,self-esteem frustration and so on.The goal of hair loss treatment is to prevent hair loss and promote regeneration.At present,there are a variety of treatments for hair loss,but the effect is not always ideal.New ways of administration are needed to maximize efficacy and reduce side effects.In recent years,many new ways of drug administration for hair loss have been developed.In this paper,the ways of drug delivery to enhance the penetration of drugs in the scalp in recent years were reviewed,and the advantages and development trends of nanoparticles were discussed.In order to provide reference for clinical workers to choose the appropriate mode of drug administration in the treatment of alopecia.
