肿瘤内科护理带教中一对一带教方式实践教学的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在肿瘤内科护理带教中应用一对一带教方式实践教学的应用研究。方法纳入2019年4月—2021年4月我院肿瘤内科带教的70名护理实习生作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将纳入的学生分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),两组学生均进行4周的临床护理带教实习。对照组实施传统护理教学,观察组实施一对一带教方式实践教学,对学生理论知识、临床思维和沟通能力、人文关怀等方面进行评估,同时实施临床护理实习岗前规范化培训后由带教老师对其学习状况进行评分,统计学生对带教老师护理教学的满意程度。结果观察组学生理论知识、临床思维和临床操作能力等方面评分均相较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组学生学习态度、沟通能力、护理文书、临床实践等方面评分均相较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组学生对护理带教教学满意度相较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科护理带教中实施一对一带教方式实践教学,不仅可以强化其理论知识及临床思维和沟通能力,还能促进学生综合能力提升,充分调动其在护理工作中的主观能动性,进而增加医院医疗服务凝聚力。 Objective To explore the application of one-to-one teaching method in nursing teaching in oncology department.Methods 70 nursing interns taught by the department of oncology in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were included as the research objects.The included students were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)by random number expression.Both groups of students underwent clinical nursing teaching practice for 4 weeks.The control group implemented traditional nursing teaching,and the observation group implemented one-to-one teaching practice,which evaluated the students'theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and communication ability,humanistic care,etc..At the same time,after the pre post standardized training of clinical nursing practice,the teaching teachers scored their learning status,and counted the students'satisfaction with the teaching teachers'nursing teaching.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and clinical operation ability of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning attitude,communication ability,nursing documents and clinical practice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The students in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing teaching than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of one-to-one teaching method in the nursing teaching of oncology department can not only strengthen their theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and communication ability,but also promote the improvement of students'comprehensive ability,fully mobilize their subjective initiative in nursing work,and then increase the cohesion of medical services in the hospital.
