摘要
为实现含铼水溶液中铼的吸附分离,以1,3,5-三(4-氨苯基)苯、硝酸双氧铀、2-吡啶甲醛为原料,采用溶剂热法合成铀酰基席夫碱配合物(UCP)作为吸附剂,研究其在不同吸附时间、不同溶液pH对溶液中铼的吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在pH为7.0,吸附时间为50 min时,吸附容量最大,为136.7 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。本研究成果可为后续含铼废水中铼的回收利用奠定良好的实验基础。
To achieve adsorptive separation of rhenium from rhenium-containing aqueous solution,herein a uranyl based Shiff-base complex(UCP)was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method using 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene,picolinaldehyde and uranyl nitrate as starting materials,of which the adsorption performance of rhenium was studied,wherein the effects of absorption time,pH and concentration of the rhenium solution on the adsorption efficiency were investigated.The results revealed that the maximum absorption capacity could reach to 136.7 mg/g when the pH of solution equaled to 7.0 and absorption time was 50 min,and the absorption process conformed to the quasi-second order kinetics.The current research would lay a solid experimental foundation for the further study on the recovery of rhenium from rhenium-containing wastewater.
