摘要
目的:探究麻醉科仪器报修及其护理分析。方法:从麻醉科仪器设备操作流程、人员因素、设备器材、环境等方面分析麻醉科仪器报修记录,总结相应的护理对策。结果:麻醉科中输注泵、麻醉机保修、报修等使用仪器坏的较少,维护较好。主要维修可视喉镜,输注泵,呼吸机,血气分析机。2020年1月~12月新增麻醉机中,坏的比率较低,心电监护线、袖带会坏。相较于落实针对性设备报修及护理管理措施前(2019年1月~12月),落实后报修率降低。结论:针对麻醉科仪器报修的情况,实施积极的保养管理制度,能够降低科室的成本,以及麻醉科仪器设备报修率,保证患者手术安全,以及麻醉顺利实施,提升使用者的满意度,安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the anesthesiology instrument repair and nursing analysis.Methods:From the operation process of anesthesia equipment,personnel factors,equipment,environment and other aspects,this paper analyzes the repair records of anesthesia equipment,and summarizes the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Results:The infusion pump,anesthesia machine warranty,repair report and other instruments used in the anesthesiology department were less damaged,and the maintenance was better.Main maintenance video laryngoscope,infusion pump,ventilator,blood gas analyzer.Among the newly added anesthesia machines from January to December 2020,the rate of failure is low,and the ECG monitoring line and cuff will be damaged.Compared with the year before the implementation of targeted equipment repair and nursing management measures(January to December 2019),the repair rate decreased after the implementation.Conclusion:In view of the situation of anesthesiology equipment repair,the implementation of active maintenance management system can reduce the cost of the department,as well as the repair rate of anesthesiology instruments and equipment,ensure the operation safety of patients,and the smooth implementation of anesthesia,improve the satisfaction of users,with high safety,and has clinical application value.
