摘要
数字经济时代下区块链技术应用、金融机构与物流企业良性异业协作关系是供应链金融业务持续健康发展的途径和基础。文章以构建金融机构与物流企业良性异业协作关系为目的,运用演化博弈方法对区块链背景下金融机构和物流企业的监管、包庇问题进行分析,探究影响演化博弈均衡策略的因素。研究结果表明:区块链激励、区块链收益、区块链惩罚对金融机构与物流企业异业协作系统趋于(不包庇,不监管)的演化策略具有正向作用,区块链成本对其具有负向作用;物流企业的投机收益对其具有负向作用,包庇成本对其具有正向作用;金融机构不监管时的收益损失对其具有负向作用,监管成本对其具有正向作用。据此提出金融机构应加强“区块链+供应链金融”生态系统建设、完善区块链守信联合激励和失信联合惩戒机制、物流企业应重视自身信用体系建设、加强政府监管和政策支持等建议。
The application of blockchain technology and benign heterogeneous collaborative relationship between financial institutions and logistics enterprises in the era of digital economy is the way and basis for the sustainable and healthy development of supply chain finance business.The article aims to build a benign heterogeneous collaborative relationship between financial institutions and logistics enterprises,analyzes the regulation and harboring problems of financial institutions and logistics enterprises in the context of blockchain using the evolutionary game approach,and explores the factors affecting the equilibrium strategy of the evolutionary game.The results of the study show that blockchain incentives,blockchain benefits,and blockchain penalties have a positive effect on the evolutionary strategy of the heterogeneous collaboration system between financial institutions and logistics companies tending to(not to harbor,not to regulate),and blockchain costs have a negative effect on it;the speculative returns of logistics firms have a negative effect on them and the cost of underwriting has a positive effect on them;the loss of revenue when financial institutions do not regulate has a negative effect on them and the cost of regulation has a positive effect on them.Accordingly,it is suggested that financial institutions should strengthen the construction of "blockchain+supply chain finance" ecosystem,improve the joint incentive for trustworthiness and joint disciplinary mechanism for breach of trust in blockchain,logistics enterprises should pay attention to the construction of their own credit system,and strengthen government supervision and policy support.
