摘要
吸附法是去除挥发性有机物(VOCs)较为经济实用的一种方法。构建了活性炭填充的吸附罐模型,通过模拟活性炭吸附丁烷、2-甲基丁烷、戊烷和甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)4种挥发性有机物的吸附过程,对吸附罐中活性炭的填充进行级配优化。结果表明:在0~20 kPa时,活性炭对不同挥发性有机物的吸附饱和压力随分子量的增加逐渐减小,随活性炭孔径的增加逐渐增大;挥发性有机物的扩散系数随吸附剂孔径的增加而增大,随挥发性有机物分子的增大而减小;吸附丁烷、2-甲基丁烷、戊烷和MTBE混合气体的活性炭材料的最佳吸附孔径为8,10,12;混合气体在13.76 kPa及以上时使用31.25%~50%的10、12的活性炭材料与8进行级配,能够显著提升吸附罐的吸附性能。
Adsorption is an economical and practical method to remove volatile organic compounds.In this paper,an adsorption tank model filled with activated carbon was constructed.By simulating the adsorption process of butane,2-methyl butane,pentane and methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)on activated carbon,the filling of activated carbon in the adsorption tank was optimized.The results showed that at 0~20 kPa,the adsorption saturation pressure of activated carbon for different VOCs decreased with the increase of molecular weight,and increased with the increase of activated carbon pore size.The diffusion coefficient of VOCs increased with the increase of adsorbent pore size and decreased with the increase of VOCs molecule.The optimal adsorption pore sizes of butane,2-methyl butane,pentane and MTBE mixed gases were 8,10 and 12.When the intake air concentration was 13.76 kPa or above,31.25%~50%of activated carbon with 10 and 12 were used for grading with 8 activated carbon,which could significantly improve the adsorption performance of the adsorption tank.
